We’re expanding to Malaysia and open our own 1st retail store in Malaysia. Popsical’s Retail Store is about creating an experience, allowing us to connect with customers in a physical space that communicates your brand message through thoughtful retail design

About Popsical:

Popsical is Singaporean startup that is introducing the next generation of Karaoke — a cloud-based system that has all the features of a traditional Karaoke set and much more.

Purpose:

We’re expanding to Malaysia and open our own 1st retail store in Malaysia. Popsical’s Retail Store is about creating an experience, allowing us to connect with customers in a physical space that communicates your brand message through thoughtful retail design. Previously, we looked at how to determine the purpose of a retail shop and find the perfect location. We choose Midvalley Mall, it is indeed a mega-complex, known to locals as the best and biggest shopping center in the country.

How retail design can help you create an immersive experience for your customers and tell your brand story?

1. Create a Lasting First Impression

The “first impression” of your retail store determines whether or not people will explore further — and that starts with the window display. The window display is your first opportunity to connect with naturally occurring foot traffic and draw them in. Our concept is to have a flexible window display, we can change the backdrop ads into some thematic concept. E.g: New Year — We can put our New Year Promotion in front of the shop, so people walking by in our space should know about our latest promotion.

2. Craft an Experience With Retail Design

Once a visitor crosses into our space, the environment needs to meet or exceed those expectations by immersing them in an experience. It needs to evoke an emotional connection to our brand. We create 2 room that we called Experience Room 01 and 02.

We want our customer to experience karaoke in the living room that’s the reason why we imitate living room concept. We want customers to have fun with our device. Sing and bring the party home.


3. Putting Together Eye-Catching Displays

Tell a visual story with your products. Showcase product is part of a brand extension, brand extensions give companies access to everything from better brand visibility, to boosted consumer connections and of course, more opportunities for profit. We just launched our new product “Popsical Remix”this January 2019. We want to display our Remix as a hero product on those 3 whiteboard product display.
